World Renowned Restaurateur

Piero Casalicchio has over 30 years of restaurant operations/ownership experience serving a wide variety of demographics with multiple unique concepts. Piero’s successful creations include Italian, French, Mexican plus American themed brands in the New England and mid-Atlantic areas. Most recently Piero rebranded and revitalized the two restaurants located at the St. George's Club in Bermuda’s east side. Piero’s expertise coupled with the Epicurean team is invaluable to any restaurant concept, whether it is incubating or looking for late cycle growth strategies.

MAGGIE HOLCOMB SCHUBAUER
Project Coordinator

Maggie Schubauer has a deep knowledge  of cuisine, culture and design. With a degree in Communications from Cornell University, Maggie worked for European Travel & Life magazine for five years before moving to France.  Now, with over 20 years experience in event planning, she brings to Epicurean360 her ability to develop, create and translate a client’s dream for a successful restaurant.

Marketing

Cara Luke is an experienced marketing professional. She has developed and executed account level marketing strategy for a Fortune 50 corporation with clients across all industries. Cara deals in improving her clients’ top line growth and finding efficiencies for cost savings. She holds a B.S. in Marketing with Honors from Fordham University.

GEORGE CASALICCHIO
Operations Management

George Casalicchio joined the team as an esteemed Hospitality professional with 16 plus year of experience.  He has lead many styles of restaurants, from casual to fine dining. He holds a passion to train others and for the implementation of new brands.  He has worked in restaurants in Italy, Bermuda, Pittsburgh and New York. His track record shows that he knows what it takes to run a successful restaurant.

1-Star Michelin Rated Chef

Massimiliano Musso, owner of Ca'Vittoria in Italy is a One-Star Michelin Chef who specializes in creative cuisine. Recognized internationally for his innovative culinary talent, Massimiliano has received awards in France, Germany, the Czech Republic, and the United States.

BRIAN BEHNKE
Certified Master Sommelier

Brian comes to Epicurean 360 with over 15 years of experience managing premium wine programs in St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he also opened The Capital Grille Minneapolis. Additionally, Brian served for 16 years as the fine wine manager for a major distributor in South Carolina.

 He has traveled extensively throughout the world’s greatest wine regions including France, Italy, California, Oregon and Washington.

 Brian is a 21 year resident of the Low  Country and lives in Colleton River, South Carolina with his wife Jane.
